- Oversee daily housekeeping operations and staff scheduling for optimal efficiency
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping team members to maintain high performance standards
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
- Manage inventory control of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and quality assurance protocols
- Coordinate with maintenance department for timely repairs and preventative maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Handle guest requests and resolve service-related issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of progressive housekeeping management experience in hospitality
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Certification in hotel/housekeeping management preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency in inventory management and budget control
