We are actively seeking a dynamic, passionate, and highly detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping division from the forefront. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness, meticulous maintenance, and aesthetic perfection of all guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and back-of-house facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate all housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and standard operating procedures for guest rooms, public areas, and laundry.
- Manage inventory and ordering of linens, cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and operating equipment to ensure optimal stock levels and cost control.
- Conduct regular inspections of all hotel areas to ensure compliance with Swissôtel and Accor quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Front Office, Engineering, and Food & Beverage departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient issue resolution.
- Prepare and manage the departmental budget, monitor expenses, and generate operational reports for hotel management.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and sustainability regulations and standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Manager in a 5-star international hotel brand.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading large teams and driving high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and hotel property management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive under pressure in a pre-opening and operational environment.
- Experience in supporting sustainability initiatives and green hotel practices is an advantage.
