As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing inventory, training staff, and implementing quality assurance protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and schedule the housekeeping team to ensure optimal performance and coverage
- Implement and maintain rigorous cleaning standards across all co-living spaces
- Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment inventory
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure consistent cleanliness and presentation
- Collaborate with other departments to address resident concerns and special requests
- Develop and update cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of housekeeping staff
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping management experience, preferably in hospitality or co-living
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certification in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus
