Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure all villas and common areas are immaculate.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of housekeeping staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules, procedures, and checklists.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to housekeeping services professionally and promptly.
- Ensure all staff adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar managerial role within luxury villa or resort settings.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with a focus on staff development.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest cleanliness standards.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Valid certificates in hospitality management or cleaning operations are advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
