- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry services
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure performance standards and professional development
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality assurance protocols
- Manage inventory control systems for supplies, equipment, and linens to optimize budget and resource allocation
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with brand standards
- Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Maintenance) to resolve maintenance issues and special guest requests
- Monitor departmental expenses, labor costs, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive housekeeping experience in a supervisory capacity within luxury hospitality
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, sanitation standards, and industry best practices
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and budget control procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Certification in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
