Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments to guarantee the highest level of cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule the housekeeping team, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing continuous training on hospitality standards.
- Establish, implement, and monitor comprehensive cleaning protocols, inspection checklists, and safety guidelines.
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory controls for linen, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies, minimizing operational waste.
- Collaborate closely with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure efficient room turnaround and resolve guest requests promptly.
- Handle guest feedback and inquiries with professionalism, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurring issues and elevate guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a reputable hotel or resort environment.
- In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, chemical safety regulations, laundry management, and inventory control systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and MS Office applications.
