We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented DW Order Taker / Housekeeping Admin to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the vital link between our housekeeping operations and guest services, ensuring that every request is met with efficiency and warmth.
Your primary focus will be on managing room service orders, coordinating room statuses, and supporting the housekeeping team in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and accurately process room service orders and guest requests.
- Communicate order details to the kitchen and housekeeping departments promptly.
- Monitor room cleanliness status and update the digital management system.
- Assist in inventory management for housekeeping supplies and amenities.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are tidy and welcoming.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Hospitality Management.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel administration is preferred.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, PMS systems).
