Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas.
- Ensure all guest rooms or assigned areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
- Manage the replenishment of supplies, linens, and amenities in a timely manner.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow all health and sanitation protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in laundry operations as required by the operational flow.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel service, or professional cleaning is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
