Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and living areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Change bed linens, towels, and amenities to ensure fresh, comfortable accommodations for every guest.
- Restock toiletries, mini-bars, and cleaning supplies to maintain operational readiness.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them to the supervisor immediately.
- Organize and store cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently after use.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene in common areas such as lobbies, kitchens, and gardens.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols regarding guest privacy and security.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to work efficiently on a part-time basis with a flexible schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Physically fit to perform cleaning duties, including standing and bending for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Basic proficiency in English is a plus for interacting with international guests.
- Valid ID (KTP) is required for employment verification.
