Tanggung Jawab
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and polishing of surfaces in assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to ensure a high standard of hygiene.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and other consumables as needed.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during cleaning.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and according to guidelines.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management of needs.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Personnel, Cleaner, or similar role is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to tasks.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of various cleaning methods and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is an advantage.
