Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform detailed room inspections and deep cleaning tasks following established protocols
- Manage inventory and restock essential supplies including toiletries, linens, and amenities
- Operate professional cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sustainability regulations
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for prompt resolution of facility issues
- Support special event preparations and seasonal deep-cleaning initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional housekeeping experience in hospitality sector
- Proven ability to execute detailed cleaning procedures and maintain hygiene standards
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment maintenance
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in hospitality safety protocols preferred
