Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities
- Perform detailed room cleaning including bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, and surface disinfection
- Manage linen inventory and ensure proper stock rotation for all rooms
- Coordinate with maintenance team for timely repairs and equipment servicing
- Adhere to safety protocols and company hygiene standards at all times
- Handle guest requests promptly and maintain professional communication
- Assist in deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping or hospitality cleaning role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Physical stamina to perform standing, bending, and lifting tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage techniques
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid health and hygiene certification preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
