Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Execute detailed room cleaning procedures including bed-making, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen while adhering to sustainability practices
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and brand-specific standards
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and seasonal property preparations
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
