Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of all assigned public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitized according to company hygiene standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain proper stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stored safely after use.
- Assist in the deep cleaning of facilities as scheduled by the management.
- Uphold the highest level of professionalism and hospitality when interacting with guests in public spaces.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to stand, lift, and move for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
- Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and improve.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as required by the business.
