Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all resort public areas, including the main lobby, reception, corridors, public restrooms, and recreational zones.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, polishing floors, dusting surfaces, and cleaning glass panels.
- Monitor, clean, and restock amenities in public restrooms regularly throughout the shift.
- Ensure that outdoor walkways and public seating areas are kept free of debris, leaves, and trash.
- Safely operate, maintain, and store cleaning equipment, reporting any defects to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Greet all guests with a warm, professional demeanor and assist with basic inquiries or directions.
- Follow resort environmental and waste management policies, including proper recycling and disposal of trash.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and chemical-handling guidelines at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel housekeeping, building maintenance, or a similar cleaning role.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal hygiene and presentation.
- Physical stamina and agility to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods during shift hours.
- Basic English communication skills to interact politely with international resort guests; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and morning/evening shifts.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work productively with minimal supervision.
- Prior knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety practices is highly preferred.
