Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restroom facilities, are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Perform regular inspections of public spaces to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues immediately.
- Replenish supplies such as brochures, towels, and amenities in designated public zones.
- Operate professional cleaning equipment and handle chemical solutions safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Report any damage or safety hazards observed in public areas to the supervisor.
- Maintain a professional, helpful, and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Public Area Attendant, Housekeeping staff, or in a similar hospitality role is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures, chemical safety, and equipment usage.
- Physical stamina to handle continuous standing, walking, and light lifting.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
- Good command of basic Indonesian (and basic English is a plus).
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
