We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team at Graha Citra Cirebon. In this hybrid role, you will serve as the face of our establishment, balancing the responsibilities of both housekeeping and reception duties. As a Housekeeping & Reception Mix staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while also maintaining the pristine condition of our guest rooms and common areas. Our comprehensive training program includes a 7-day orientation regarding our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure you are fully equipped to excel in your role.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing the reception desk with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Perform daily housekeeping duties, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are spotless and well-maintained.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately, including verifying guest details and processing payments.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, providing solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping teams to manage room turnover and cleanliness schedules.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing guest records, managing inventory, and maintaining logs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and hospitality SOPs at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or vocational degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or front desk reception is a plus but not strictly required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts if necessary.
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
  • Willingness to undergo a 7-day training session to learn the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Candidates from outside Cirebon are eligible for our provided staff mess accommodation.
