Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities according to established protocols
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report deficiencies promptly
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Maintance cleanliness standards in public spaces including lobbies and corridors
- Follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak periods
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping or hospitality cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting throughout shifts
