Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities in accordance with hotel standards.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and maintenance issues, reporting any damages or repairs needed to the supervisor.
- Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and other public areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs, ensuring a pleasant stay.
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
- Assist in laundry duties as needed, including washing, folding, and storing linens.
- Adhere to health and safety policies, using cleaning chemicals properly.
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within shift.
