Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish room amenities, towels, and linens according to established brand standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderly presentation of all public areas, corridors, and guest facilities.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the proper storage and organization of cleaning supplies and linen carts.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar hospitality role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting moderate weights throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
