Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Replenish room amenities, linens, and towels according to hotel standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderly presentation of public areas, lobbies, and corridors.
- Report any maintenance issues or room damages promptly to the supervisor.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen carts efficiently.
- Ensure all safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed during cleaning processes.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude towards physical tasks.
