Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to company quality standards.
- Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock room amenities and guest supplies.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged furniture to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all housekeeping carts and storage closets are kept organized and well-stocked.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure rooms are ready for guest check-in within established timeframes.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide friendly assistance to guests when encountered in corridors.
- Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of English to follow instructions and communicate with team members.
- Positive attitude and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
