Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms including bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitization
- Stock guest rooms with essential amenities and replenish supplies as needed
- Maintain pristine conditions of public areas including hallways, elevators, and common spaces
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols and health safety regulations
- Manage time effectively to meet daily room assignment targets
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure consistent service standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English
