Tanggung Jawab
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms according to established standards and procedures
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring proper replacement and restocking of amenities
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, elevators, and common spaces
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and supply inventory needs to management
- Follow proper safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and chemicals responsibly
- Adhere to hotel security procedures and maintain guest confidentiality at all times
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special room preparations as needed
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar hospitality environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage techniques
