Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently manage all laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, and ironing of linens, towels, and guest garments
- Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and report any shortages to the management team
- Ensure proper handling and storage of clean and dirty items to prevent cross-contamination
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
- Adhere to established hygiene and safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to coordinate laundry schedules and ensure timely service
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping, particularly in laundry operations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to handle standing for extended periods and lifting laundry items
- Basic knowledge of laundry chemicals and their proper usage
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
