Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned guest rooms and public areas.
- Perform daily room cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish guest amenities, linens, and towels according to hotel standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are kept in good condition and organized.
- Adhere to health, safety, and security policies at all times.
- Assist with deep cleaning schedules and special projects as requested.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict operational procedures.
- Professional attitude, honest, and reliable team player.
- Ability to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of hospitality service standards.
