Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest room amenities according to hotel standards.
- Clean and maintain public areas, hallways, and lobby to ensure a pristine appearance at all times.
- Handle guest laundry and inventory supplies efficiently and safely.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all housekeeping equipment is kept clean and in good working condition.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with guests and addressing their requests promptly.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lifting/moving supplies.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of standard cleaning products and safety practices.
