Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Restock guest rooms with supplies (towels, toiletries, amenities)
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly to management
- Follow established safety and hygiene protocols consistently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Interact professionally with guests to address service requests
- Adhere to company standards for room preparation and inspection
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads
