Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standard operating procedures.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities such as towels, toiletries, and beverage supplies.
- Deep clean carpets, upholstery, and hard surfaces using professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly cleaning agents.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Ensure all housekeeping carts and storage areas are organized, stocked, and maintained in a clean condition.
- Assist in the collection and processing of laundry, including sorting, folding, and distributing linens.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guest requests while maintaining professional conduct at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent vocational training in Hospitality or Housekeeping services.
- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, preferably within the hotel or resort industry.
- Deep understanding of sanitation, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting supplies.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure rooms are ready within the designated check-in timeframe.
- Good command of English and Filipino for effective communication with guests and team members.
