Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform thorough cleaning of apartment and Airbnb units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
  • Prepare units for guest check-ins, ensuring all amenities are stocked and the environment meets high sanitation standards.
  • Perform post-check-out inspections to identify damages or missing items.
  • Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities (toiletries, coffee, etc.).
  • Report any maintenance issues or equipment failures to the management team immediately.
  • Ensure all laundry is washed, dried, folded, and organized efficiently.
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in housekeeping, hotel operations, or a similar cleaning role is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and reaching.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as required by booking schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, guest-focused attitude.
