Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of apartment and Airbnb units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Prepare units for guest check-ins, ensuring all amenities are stocked and the environment meets high sanitation standards.
- Perform post-check-out inspections to identify damages or missing items.
- Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities (toiletries, coffee, etc.).
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment failures to the management team immediately.
- Ensure all laundry is washed, dried, folded, and organized efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in housekeeping, hotel operations, or a similar cleaning role is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and reaching.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as required by booking schedules.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, guest-focused attitude.
