Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities according to established standards
- Restock amenities, toiletries, and supplies in guest rooms and common areas
- Adhere to strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or special guest requests to management promptly
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local hospitality etiquette
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in hospitality sector preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Team player with positive attitude under pressure
- Valid work permit for Indonesia if applicable
