Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless
- Maintain pristine conditions in public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and recreational facilities
- Adhere strictly to hotel hygiene protocols, safety standards, and sustainability practices
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Collaborate with front desk and other departments to coordinate room readiness and special requests
- Follow established procedures for handling lost items and guest belongings
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on cleaning techniques and product usage
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and guest-focused service mindset
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia
