We are dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for our guests and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team in Surabaya. In this role, you will ensure that our properties remain spotless, organized, and inviting, contributing significantly to the overall guest experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Ensure all amenities, toiletries, and linens are stocked, organized, and replaced as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas requiring attention or maintenance.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Follow strict safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures.
- Adhere to the company dress code and grooming standards at all times.
- Assist with laundry duties and ironing to maintain high-quality linens.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred for interacting with international guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for cleanliness.
- Valid ID card and legal eligibility to work in Indonesia.
