Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest villas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Prepare rooms for guest arrivals, ensuring all amenities are well-stocked and presented according to company standards.
- Remove and replace used bed linens, towels, and bathrobes with fresh, high-quality sets.
- Deep clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, paying close attention to detail.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damages to villa property to the management team.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, notifying the supervisor of any shortages.
- Ensure all guest areas remain odor-free and visually appealing at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar cleaning role is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific hygiene and quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently within a part-time schedule to meet villa turnover deadlines.
- Reliable, honest, and professional demeanor.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemical safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Good physical stamina to handle tasks requiring walking, lifting, and bending throughout the shift.
