You will be responsible for comprehensive cleaning duties, handling minor repairs, and promptly reporting significant maintenance issues to management. Your daily responsibilities will include thorough cleaning of all guest areas, common spaces, and back-of-house facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities using industry-standard techniques
- Manage inventory and restocking of cleaning supplies and guest amenities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and repair minor issues
- Report significant property damage or maintenance concerns to management promptly
- Adhere to company cleanliness standards and hygiene protocols
- Coordinate with other housekeeping staff for efficient task distribution
- Assist in deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
- Maintain accurate logs of cleaning activities and maintenance reports
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment maintenance
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Good communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with teams
- Reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality
- Must be legally authorized to work in Indonesia
