- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including carpet care, window washing, and sanitization protocols
- Restock guest amenities and supplies according to established inventory procedures
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow company standards for waste management and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations in all cleaning activities
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
