Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, suites, and public areas
- Change bed linens, towels, and amenities according to established standards
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, window washing, and sanitization
- Inventory and restock supplies in guest rooms and housekeeping carts
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly
- Adhere strictly to hygiene protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lifting
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
