Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all guest areas
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms meet 5-star standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to hygiene protocols and sustainability practices
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute deep-cleaning projects and seasonal maintenance tasks
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and attention to detail
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Strong time management and organizational skills
