In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas. This includes thorough cleaning of bathrooms, dusting furniture, making beds, and ensuring all amenities are stocked and ready for use. You will also play a vital role in reporting maintenance issues and collaborating with other departments to provide seamless service. We value teamwork and a proactive attitude in our staff.

Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest hygiene standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities such as toiletries and towels.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them immediately.
- Follow strict safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Organize and store cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently to ensure readiness for daily operations.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their stay.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude within the housekeeping team.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not always required.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic communication skills in English (preferred).
- Physical stamina and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
