Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards across all assigned areas
- Prepare, arrange, and restock linens, towels, and treatment equipment
- Ensure all workspaces remain clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures for chemicals/equipment
- Report maintenance issues and supply inventory needs to management promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Adhere to sustainability practices in resource usage and waste management
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for extended standing, walking, and lifting (up to 15kg)
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Strong communication skills and guest service orientation
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain confidentiality
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
