- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene.
- Amenity Management: Restock guest amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
- Public Area Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of lobby areas, corridors, and other shared spaces to uphold a professional image.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards within the property to the management team promptly.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, and fold linens and towels according to company standards and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and report low stock levels to ensure continuous operations.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not strictly required; training will be provided.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and correct minor details to ensure a flawless appearance of the property.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
