Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to meet company sanitation standards.
- Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with necessary supplies, linens, and amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure environment for staff and guests.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain records of completed tasks and room statuses in accordance with departmental procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Proven work experience in housekeeping or a similar janitorial role is a plus, though entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
