Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Make beds, arrange furniture, and ensure all amenities are stocked and presentable according to luxury resort standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management immediately.
- Sort, wash, dry, and iron linens and towels with precision.
- Maintain the cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, and laundry facilities to ensure a pleasant guest experience.
- Ensure the proper storage and safe usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding guest privacy and workplace safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining immaculate cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting light to medium objects.
- Good time management skills to efficiently complete daily cleaning schedules.
- Basic English communication skills (preferred for interacting with international guests).
