Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Ensure that all linens, towels, and amenities are stocked, folded, and placed according to strict standards.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Manage linen storage areas efficiently and organize housekeeping carts.
- Respond to special guest requests and maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
- Adhere to time management schedules to ensure all rooms are cleaned within the allotted timeframe.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and English (if applicable).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
