Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform daily room turnover services including bed-making and restocking amenities
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to hygiene protocols and sanitation standards
- Report maintenance issues and supply needs promptly
- Coordinate with front desk and other departments for seamless operations
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and clean for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
