Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and ensuring all areas are spotless
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms to high standards
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department promptly
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any requests or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hotel industry is required
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Availability to start immediately and work on a casual basis
