Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough room cleaning according to hotel-grade standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Execute precise bedding setup and linen replacement for daily apartment turnover.
- Properly manage and utilize cleaning chemicals and equipment in compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes for arriving and departing guests.
- Monitor and replenish apartment amenities and supplies to ensure a complete guest experience.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during the cleaning process to management.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness in all assigned areas, including hallways and common spaces.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Housekeeper, Room Attendant, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of professional cleaning techniques and chemical handling.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet tight turnaround times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest-facing interactions.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
