Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to hotel standards, including changing linens, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with premium toiletries and fresh towels.
- Replenish guest room amenities such as water, coffee, and stationery.
- Deep clean carpets, upholstery, and hard surfaces on a rotating schedule.
- Report any maintenance issues or room damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, and common areas.
- Handle guest requests for extra items or housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations strictly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, or hospitality services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent personal hygiene and professional grooming standards.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
