Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen facilities.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and polished to meet health and safety regulations.
- Manage the proper storage and usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Maintain inventory levels for cleaning materials and report any shortages to management.
- Assist in deep-cleaning schedules during off-peak hours to maintain facility standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, repairs, or safety hazards observed during cleaning duties.
- Ensure all waste is collected and disposed of according to company waste management policies.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with colleagues.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness and hygiene.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of safe chemical handling and cleaning equipment operation.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian (English is a plus).
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
