Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily cleaning routines for dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen surroundings to meet strict hygiene standards.
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are polished, sanitized, and maintained throughout the shift.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and guest amenities as needed.
- Perform deep-cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis to preserve the restaurant's aesthetic appeal.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow all workplace health and safety protocols.
- Assist the operational team by reporting any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Support the front-of-house and kitchen teams by ensuring a clutter-free and organized workspace.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, or a similar role in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation.
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic understanding of professional grooming and hygiene practices.
